'All' section
The 'Orders' page gives you a complete overview of all bookings including the outstanding ones.
You can use the filters to view bookings within a specific time period:
You can also search for a parent/child by name:
You can filter by Date (incl. custom range), Venue, Class, Term, Type and Status:
Next, the 'Status' filter allows you to display All, Paid, Partial, Outstanding, Subscription, or Cancelled orders:
Filtering the order status to 'Outstanding' allows you to view all outstanding payments. From there, you can select the relevant orders and send payment reminders in bulk.
A summary bar displays the total number of orders, the total outstanding balance across unpaid orders, and the total amount collected. These figures are automatically updated based on the filters applied:
You can also use the Bulk actions feature to:
send reminder
cancel
refund full amount
You can also use the options on the right-hand side to view an order and send an invoice to the parent/carer for any outstanding payments:
You can export the currently filtered list to a CSV file. The exported data will match the filters applied on the screen:

1. How can I view all bookings in my system?
Navigate to Orders > All to access a complete overview of all bookings, including those with outstanding payments.
2. How can I find a specific order?
You can use the search bar to find bookings by parent or child name, or use the filters to narrow results by Date, Venue, Class, Term, Type, or Status.
3. How can I view all outstanding payments?
Filter the Status to Outstanding to display all unpaid orders. From there, you can select multiple orders and send payment reminders in bulk.
4. Can I perform actions on multiple orders at once?
Yes. Use the Bulk actions feature to:
Send payment reminders
Cancel orders
Issue full refunds
5. Can I view an individual order and send an invoice?
Yes. Use the options on the right-hand side of an order to view its details or send an invoice to the parent/carer for any outstanding payment.
