What is the ClassForKids App?

The ClassForKids Parent App is a simple way for parents to stay on top of their kids' classes and class details. No more wondering if class is on today, next week, or when term ends. The ClassForKids Parent App will show you the most important information about your kids' classes.

What is ClassForKids?

ClassForKids is an award winning software company serving thousands of kids clubs and parents/carers.

Does the app work on a tablet?

No, the ClassForKids parent app is available for mobile phones running either IOS or Android.

Why can’t I see any classes?

The ClassForKids Parent App requires an internet connection. Please check that your device is connected to the internet. If you have a strong internet connection it’s possible that the next block of classes may not be available yet - you’re best to check with your local club. Links to your local club’s contact details and booking schedule can be found in the ‘Bookings - Clubs’ section of the app.

Why can’t I see all of my kids’ classes?

If your local club isn’t using ClassForKids to manage their classes and registers then those classes won’t be visible on the ClassForKids App. If you think they would benefit from using ClassForKids you can refer them here for a chance to win a term of classes for free.

How do I know if I’ve paid for a class?

You may see classes on your Schedule that have not yet been paid for - this is because your local club has reserved the place for your child. Please check your email, or your Parent Dashboard for any unpaid invoices. All of your booking and payment information is available online via your parent dashboard. For any other enquiries you should get in touch with your local club directly.

How do I add another child?

Children and their class details are automatically added to the app when you make a booking through ClassForKids. You cannot add additional children through the app.

How do I book classes?

If your child is already attending a club, then the club should send information about future classes via email. To check if your local club has bookable classes or camps you’ll find a link to their booking schedule in the ‘Bookings - Clubs’ section of the app.

If you are looking for new classes for your child to attend then visit www.classforkids.co.uk to search for suitable classes in your area.

Can I add other classes?

If your local club uses ClassForKids then your classes will automatically be added. There is no other way to add any classes to your schedule.

Can I add my partner or someone else so that they can also see the class details?

We don’t recommend sharing your email and password with anyone else. Doing so would also allow them access to your Parent Dashboard, including payment details and any medical information you may have entered about your child. Currently there is no way for two ‘Parent’ accounts to access the same child information.

I have more than one ClassForKids account. Can I combine them?

Unfortunately not. We recommend using just one account to book all classes for all children if you wish to see all of their classes in the one place.

Is there an app for coaches to use?

No, the ClassForKids Parents App is designed for parents and carers to stay informed of their kids’ class schedule.

How do I report a problem with the app?

Most issues should be resolved by updating your phone’s software to the latest version. If the problem persists you can submit feedback here.
