How to inform parents and carers you are moving to monthly payments

Whether you are changing your business payment structure, or just moving your monthly payments over to ClassForKids for the first time, we would recommend you send parents and carers an email to let them know so the set-up can go smoothly.

There are 2 templates below so you can choose the one most relevant to your club.


1. This template is for existing parents and carers on ClassForKids moving from term payments to subscriptions

"NEW WAY TO PAY - MONTHLY PAYMENTS"

*Club name* are moving to a new way of taking payment for all term classes. Using this new way to pay, you only need to insert your card details once and the payment will come off on the 1st of every month in advance of lessons.

Parents and Carers: YOUR NEXT STEPS

When you receive your next invoice from *club name*, please insert your card details for the subscription payment. If you are due any discounts, this will be applied and you will be notified before the 1st of *month*.


2. This template is for clubs just starting with ClassForKids and using subscription payments

"NEW WAY TO PAY - MONTHLY PAYMENTS"

*Club name* are moving to a new way of taking payment for all term classes. Using this new way to pay, you only need to insert your card details once and the payment will come off on the 1st of every month in advance of lessons.

Parents: YOUR NEXT STEPS

You will receive a link from *club name* or an invite to your email address, from here you can book your classes online with our booking provider ClassForKids.

At this point, you will see more information about how our subscription payments work, and what you will pay monthly.

If you have siblings attending our classes, or if your child is booked into more than one class this may be higher but you will be informed if this is the case.

Can I still pay in a different way?

No. After much research, we have come to the decision that monthly payment is the most convenient and affordable way to take payments for all parents and carers.

Streamlining our payment options allows us to keep our admin to a minimum, and focus on teaching and continually improving classes."
