Within the 'Settings' section, you can access the 'Club Features' tab to customise a range of features according to how you run your club.
From here, you can choose to switch any of the features below on or off:
Offline Registers
With the offline registers feature, you can take attendance on your system without an internet connection.

Payment Secures Booking
The 'Payment Secures Booking' feature means that parents must make any required payment in order to book into one of your classes or camps.
'Payment Secures Booking' is applied to all bookings across your system and parents will not be able to complete their booking without entering their card details.
This means you don't have to chase outstanding payments.
Only clubs that are absorbing the platform fee can use the 'Payment Secures Booking' feature. This is because alternative methods of payment are not available when this is switched on.

Warn About Child Ages
If this feature is switched on, parents will be notified if they are booking a class that their child is not eligible for.
This warning will let them know their child is either too young/old for the class:
Please note, switching this feature on doesn't stop parents from booking in as we know that age and ability aren't always linked.
This feature will just warn parents that their child may not be the correct age for the class.
Hide 'Spaces Available' Label From the Public
When this feature is disabled, parents will be able to see if the class/camp has spaces or limited spaces available:
If this feature is enabled, parents will not be able to see this label.
Multi-Day Term Classes
The multi-day term classes feature allows you to schedule a class to run for multiple days in the week rather than one session a week.
For example, if the class is running Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, you could add in all three days when setting up your class by clicking 'Add Another Day'
The system will then generate sessions on each day:
All the sessions will show on the public booking page, so the parents will be made aware of the multi-day sessions:
Allow Parents to Book Camp Sessions
With this feature, you can decide the last point parents can book on to a camp.
This could be up until:
Noon the day before
Midnight the day before
The start of the session
The end of the day
Parents will then only be able to book camp sessions up until the point.
Disable Photo Permissions
Your system comes with a photo permissions question already integrated into the parent's booking process.
However, if you are looking to gather more information regarding this question (for example, permission for videos, social media posts etc.) then you could switch this off and create your own question using registration questions.

Disable Parent App Check In
Within our 'Parent App' parents will be able to let you know if they will be attending the session or not.
If you do not want to view this information, or you know that the parents booking with you have not downloaded the app, then you can switch this feature off.
