How to customise your Terms and Conditions

When a parent/carer makes a booking with your club, they will need to agree to your terms and conditions before their booking can be processed.

You can set up your terms and conditions from the 'Settings' tab > 'Terms and Conditions'

Parents/carers will then be able to view any Terms and Conditions you have set up when making a booking with you.

They can view this by clicking the pink 'Terms and Conditions' below

If you have the 'Payment Secures Booking' feature which requires parents to make payment when they are booking in, parents/carers will be notified that by making the booking, they are agreeing to the terms and conditions you have set up.

If you have the 'Payment Secures Booking' feature switched off, parents/carers must check the box below to confirm they have read the terms and conditions.

If you would like parents to have a copy of your terms and conditions, we would advise sending these out in an email so they always have a copy if needed.

If you are updating your terms and conditions, we would recommend keeping a copy of the old ones just in case you need to refer back to them.


Example Terms and Conditions

After reviewing many of our clubs T&C's, we have got together a few key points to help guide you to setting up your own:

  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.


  • *Your Club* or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.


  • *Your Club* reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - *relevant contact details*.

  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.


  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances

  • If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, *Your club* will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
