How to Manage Birthday Reminders
On your registers, the birthday cake symbol will show within your chosen period before and after the child's birthday:
You can customise the period that you can see this symbol within the 'Settings' > 'Birthday Reminders'
From here, you can choose how far in advance you want to be notified of the child's birthday and how long after it you want this to show -
How to See an Overview of Birthdays
You can view a list of birthdays from the 'Settings' tab > 'Birthdays' -
From here, you can view all upcoming and recent birthdays.
You can toggle this to show only the children who are currently booked into your classes using the 'Show only in active programme' checkbox.
This can be filtered to show any birthdays in the 'Last 7 days', 'Today', in the 'Next 7 days' and in the 'Future'
You can also use the dropdown to view the desired number of birthdays on the page.
