With this feature, you can now attach files to your emails, for example:
Images
Flyers
QR codes
Posters
Information booklets
Terms and conditions
Health and safety notices
And more!

How to Upload a File
Click on the 'Settings' tab from the menu on the left side of the page:
Access the 'Resources' section under the 'Customise your system' heading:
From here, click the 'Upload file' button:
You can upload up to 10 files at a time. These will remain here for 1 month.
The file can be up to 5MB in size and must be a PNG, JPEG or PDF.
To upload a file, either drop this into the box provided or click 'browse' to choose a file from your device:
Once you enter the file, this will enter in the file's name on your device. You can rename this if needed:
You can then add in a description to help identify the file (this step is optional):
Once all the details are added, click 'Upload'
The system will then perform a security check on the the file for malware and show as 'completed' when this has been passed.
Once uploaded, the file will show in your resources section and is ready to be attached to emails.
How to Attach a File to an Email
Click on the 'Contacts' section from the left side menu:
Select the contacts you want to email and click the 'Send __ email' button with the paperclip icon:
On the next page, you can:
Review everyone the email is being sent to
Customise your subject line
Select a discount code
Attach the file
Enter your message
To select the attachment, click on the dropdown and choose which of the file you would like to send:
The icons above the message can also be used to add bold, italics and other emphasis to the email text:
You can also add images from your website or social media by clicking the image icon. All you need to do is insert the image URL in the below markup:
Alternatively, if this image is stored on your device you can add this as an attachment.
Once you are ready to send the email, click the 'Send' button at the bottom right and on the next screen:
The email will then be sent out to the parents/carers.
Here is an example of the email with the attachment included:
The email will be displayed in both the communications tab and the contact's communication record.
The body of the email can be viewed from here, however, at the moment the attachment will not display in this section.
