Subscriptions are a monthly payment model which clubs offer to make paying for classes more affordable and convenient for you by, splitting term payments into smaller, monthly sums which come off automatically from your card once you have signed up.
Important information to know about your subscriptions
As a parent, when you have a subscription on the ClassForKids platform, it’s important to know the following:
Subscriptions are connected to one club, so if you have bookings with multiple clubs that use the ClassForKids platform - this could mean you have more than one subscription.
All subscriptions are charged on the 1st of the month. Again, this means if you have bookings with more than one club that run the subscriptions model, then you may have more than one charge on the 1st of the month (one for each club running subscriptions).
Subscriptions are not a direct debit. To cancel your subscription, please contact the club who controls this. This is to ensure that the terms and conditions the club have set are followed.
How can I manage the card details that I pay for my subscription with?
You can manage your card details from the ‘Monthly class payments’ account 👇
From here, you can see the cards you have saved on your account (and add additional cards). Plus, view your monthly subscriptions with all clubs connected to your ClassForKids account.
What happens if my card fails on the 1st of the month?
If your card fails on the 1st of the month, the attempt will be retried again on the 4th and the 9th. You will receive an email like the one below each time it fails. If you have more than one subscription due to bookings with multiple clubs, you must repeat this process for each subscription.
When you click the link to ‘Update details’ then, you will be taken to your subscription management account, where you can follow the banner to view your unpaid subscription payment/s.
Choose the card of choice to pay the failed invoice:
The default payment card can be changed going forward (For example, if your previous card expired or you want to use another going forward) by changing the payment method afterwards from the ‘My monthly payments’ section.
