You have a few different options to get your existing customers booked onto your ClassForKids system:
Announce instructions via email or social media
Upload their email address to our invite feature found within each register
Share your booking link directly with parents and carers via messenger (such as WhatsApp or Facebook)

You can send a general message to all parents and carers with the link to book on.

We recommend sending this message alongside a deadline for customers to get booked on, either in the form of a mass email, social media post or handout, whichever way you communicate to your customers currently!

We’ve partnered with ClassForKids to provide you with an easy-to-use, modern and secure online booking system. This new booking system will allow us to focus on making our classes the best they can be, rather than the surrounding admin.
Using this new system, you only need to insert your details once and they'll be stored for all future bookings. You can book anywhere, anytime, on any device, when it's convenient for you.

Once you find your class, select "info and booking" and follow the steps to create a ClassForKids account (if you don't already have one). You'll automatically be taken straight through to complete your booking and pay.

Invite Feature
If you prefer a more direct approach, you can copy and paste email addresses straight into a register, which allows you to email parents/carers a direct link to book and pay.
If you want full control over who books which class, you can also make your term invite-only to hide your classes from the public schedule until these existing parents/carers are booked on.

Or if your classes are invite-only (hidden from the public schedule), you can send parents the direct link by clicking the green 'Get Class Link' button from the top of the register and copying the URL:
SMS, and messengers (such as WhatsApp) are a great way to get in touch with parents/carers directly.
