You can set up your online classes on ClassForKids and send out the link to your class directly through our messaging feature on the class register.

Setting Up Online Classes
Set up a New Term
From the 'Schedule' page, click the green 'Add a New Term' button:
From there, choose your term name, select the 'Standard' payment method, add in your term dates and any holidays.
Add a New Class to the Term
From the 'Schedule' page, click the green 'Schedule a Class' button next to the term you want to add this to:
From there, you can add a new class and venue for your online classes:

For the venue, although the class will be online, a postcode must be added on order to be accepted by the system.
We would advise inputting a postcode of your regular venue. You can always reassure parents and carers that the class is online within your venue notes.
Then you can fill out the remainder of the session details as usual and add this to the term:
Parents and carers will then be able to book into the online classes from your booking page:
Sending out the Zoom Class Link
From the online class register, use the box highlighted below to select all children > click 'Message' > 'Online Class Link'
You can then send the link securely to all customers.
We would usually advise that this link is sent out around 15 minutes before your session starts, but this is completely up to you and the way you run your sessions.
Within this section, you can add the link to your online class, enter the password if one has been set up and choose whether this will be a live or recorded session.
Once this has been sent out the parent/carer will receive an email with this information.
If you have chosen a Live session, the parents and carers will be able to use the 'Join the Class' button to access the online session.
They will also be provided with the password (if applicable) and an overview reminder to the sessions they have booked.
If you have chosen a Recorded session, the parents and carers will be able to use the 'Start the Class' button to access the recorded session.
They will also be provided with the password (if applicable).
