Editing your Term and Class Details
Editing the Name of the Term
To edit the name of your term, click onto your 'Schedule' page > click 'Edit'
From there, you will be able to edit the name of the term.
Deleting a Scheduled Term
You can delete a term that you have scheduled from your 'Schedule' page by clicking 'Delete Full Term'
Before you can delete the term, please ensure that all bookings have been removed.
Please note, deleting the term will not issue any refunds. Refunds need to be processed manually to ensure you are in full control of this.
Editing the Details of the Class
To change the details of classes you have already scheduled, click onto the 'Schedule' page > the pen and paper icon next to the class you want to edit.
From here, you can make any changes to your class details including changing the class and venue.
Editing Class Types
To change the name/ details of a class you have already set up or to add a new class, access the 'Schedule' section > 'Class Types'
From here, click on the 'Edit' button:
Here, you can change the name and details of your class:
You can also delete any of your classes from here if they aren't currently scheduled.
You will not be able to delete any classes that are scheduled in your term. The class would need to be deleted first.
Editing Venues
To change the name/ details of a venue you have already set up or to add a new venue, access the 'Schedule' section > 'Venues'
From here, click on the 'Edit' button:
Here, you can change the name and details of your venue:
You can also delete any of your venues from here if they aren't currently scheduled.
You will not be able to delete any venues that are scheduled in your term. The class associated with the venue would need to be deleted first.
Deleting a Scheduled Class
You can delete a class that you have scheduled from your 'Schedule' page by clicking the bin icon next to the class:
Before you can delete the class, please ensure that all bookings have been removed.

Editing the Dates of your Current Term
If you have a last-minute change of term dates, or entered the wrong term dates and need to make changes, you can do this easily by re-running your term.

If you already have bookings with the incorrect dates, you can also auto-enroll the children into the new term.
Then send them out a booking confirmation to make them aware of the new dates. If they have already made payment, you can adjust their invoice using our guide.
Once you have re-run your term, the old term can be deleted.
Adding a Session
If you need to add additional sessions into your class, you can do this from the class register.
To add a session to your register, click onto the class register that you would like to add sessions to.
From there, click the 'Add a Day' button and select the session(s) you want to add:
Please note, adding in days to your class will not make any changes to the term price that you have set.
The pro-rata price will automatically adjust to the number of sessions left in your term.
If you need to change the price of your term to reflect extra sessions, this can be done by clicking the 'Edit' button at the top right of the class register:
When you add sessions, parents and carers who have already booked on will not be alerted to this. If you would like to make parents and carers aware, we would advise sending out an email.
Removing a Session
If sessions need to be removed from a class, this can be done from the class register.
To remove a session from your register, click onto the class register that you would like to remove the sessions from.
From there, click the bin icon on the sessions you would like to remove:
Please note, removing days to your class will not make any changes to the term price that you have set.
The pro-rata price will automatically adjust to the number of sessions left in your term.
If you need to change the price of your term to reflect the remaining sessions, this can be done by clicking the 'Edit' button at the top right of the class register:
