Emergency contacts, medical information and notes can always be found under the child's profile:

Medical information can also be found beside the child's name on the register by hovering over the medical bag icon:

If this information ever changes, it can also be edited at any time by clicking the 'Edit' button at the top right of the child's profile:

However, this information can also be added to your camp and class registers.

This will give you an easily accessible overview of this information for all children within the register.

How to Add Additional Information to the Register

This feature can be switched on in 'Settings'

Then 'Emergency Contact and Medical Information' under the 'Register Settings'

From there, you can choose which of the information you would like to be added to the register by clicking the checkbox to the left of the option:

This will then open a new section on your registers:

By expanding this section, you will be able to view an overview of the selected information for each child on the register.

How to Add a Note to a Child's Profile

If you have selected the option to add and view notes, you will be able to manage this from the dropdown shown above.

From there, click 'Add Note'

Then type your note into the text box:

This feature could be used to record incidents, additional information about the child, achievements and more!

If a note has been added to the child's profile, a yellow post-it note icon will appear next to their name to indicate this:

Notes can then be viewed from the same place they are added.

The note can be edited or removed from the same section by clicking 'Edit Note'

If the note is removed, the post-it note next to the child's name will also be removed.
