Who are ClassForKids?
ClassForKids are a booking platform, with thousands of clubs using our software for their kid's activity club.
As a parent, your relationship is with the club you have booked with. Any questions regarding bookings and payments should be directed to the club runners.
However, ClassForKids have strived to ensure that booking and paying for classes is as easy as possible.
We also aim to support you with navigating your account and within this guide, you can view an overview of all areas within your ClassForKids account.

How to Navigate Your Account
You can log into your account from here: https://account.classforkids.io
If you are unable to log into your account:
Access the link above and try to log in from there
Please double-check you have entered the correct email address for your account
Try resetting your password from here. If you input your email > click 'Next' > 'Forgot your Password'
Just remember this password reset email will expire after 10 minutes
From the menu on your account, you can:
Update any photo permissions for clubs you have booked with
From this section, you can change the photo permissions for any children. This will automatically update on the club's side.
Easily access any clubs you have booked with
Access The Parent Dashboard: where you can view your profile information, bookings and payments and communication record
Access your Monthly Class Payments: where you can manage your saved cards and subscription payments

The Parent Dashboard
From the Parent dashboard, you can access your 'Profile'
Using the pen and paper icon you can make changes to your:
Name
Address
Email
Mobile
Once changed, this information will be automatically updated on the club's side
Please note, if you update your email address, this will be the email address you will need to log into your account with from then on.
Under your 'Profile' you can view all the children you have added to your account and details including:
Their name
Their birthday
Their emergency contact information
Their medical information
This information can be updated using the three-dot menu at the top right of the child's profile.
Once changed, this information will be automatically updated on the club's side
Within the 'My Clubs' section, you can access the booking page of any clubs you have booked by clicking on their logo.
To allow you to easily access any clubs you have booked with, the club will still show here even once your booking has ended.
The 'Bookings and Payments' section will allow you to view all bookings made.
From this section you can view:
The date and time the booking was made
The club
The class, date and time of the sessions
The child
The subscription plan or the amount due
The balance to pay
On the right side of the page, you can click the green 'Pay' button to make any payments due, or the 'Set Up Payment' button to set up your subscription plan.
The 'Communication Record' allows you to view all emails that have been sent to you.
From here you can view:
The date and time the email was sent
The email address it was sent to
The club it was sent from
The subject of the email
Using the 'View Message' button, you can view the email.
The 'Communication Record' is a great way to see all the emails that have been sent out to you in one place!
Any buttons or links within these emails will remain active and can be clicked.
FAQ
I have a question about the session.
I can't see the class I want to book on the club's booking page.
If you have any questions about the sessions, please get in touch with the club that is running the sessions.
You can find their details under “Contact Us” on their booking page.
How do I pay for my booking?
If you have not made payment when booking in, or have been booked in by the club themselves, you can make payment by:
Accessing your booking confirmation or invoice email
Within the email, click the green 'Pay Online' button to be taken to the club's payment page.
If the club offer alternative payment options, you will be able to view them on the payment page.
Accessing SMS Invoice (if the club have sent this out)
From the SMS, click on the URL to be taken to the payment page.
Accessing your 'Parent Dashboard' > 'Bookings and Payments' > clicking 'Pay' next to the outstanding payment.
How do I change/cancel my booking/ subscription?
As ClassForKids are only the platform where bookings can be made, only the club will be able to change/cancel your bookings and subscriptions.
You can find their details under “Contact Us” on their booking page.
I am not receiving emails.
If you are not receiving emails, please check within your junk/spam folders for this.
If the email has not landed there, please get in touch with the Support Team at support@class4kids.co.uk.
I would like to change my email but it's already in use.
If your email is already in use on an account, another account cannot have this email address.
The account with the desired email would need to be changed to something else to free up this email address.
I would like to delete my account.
Please note that if we delete your account, you will not be able to sign up to a club on ClassForKids using the same email address.
If you would like to delete your account, please ensure that all your sessions have ended and all outstanding balances on your account have been cleared.
Then please get in touch with the Support Team at support@class4kids.co.uk
